Looking to buy an Elemental Shaman, must have 2 specific legendaries

As I said, I'm interested in buying an Elemental Shaman, what I require is that it must have these 2 legendaries:

- Smoldering Heart (gloves)
- The Deceiver's Blood Pact (boots)

Any other thing your character has achieved will be regarded as secondary for me, meaning it's not that important how high your ilvl is nor what other legendaries you have, or other special features either. But of course I understand those are a bonus and will increase the price, which we can discuss.
