I'm looking to buy an account which has an MMR of 4.5k or more. I will not scam you by any means.

As far as I've seen from this thread, I am willing to offer 10-13 keys, depending on the MMR.
Preferably, the account should be level 13 to level 20.
Above level 20 is not preferred.
