John1Cam here. I've a nephew into this Runescape game. I've heard a lot about it over the years. Long story short, he wants an account.
I'm looking to purchase one. 80, 90, 100+ combat is fine. I do not want an account with rare items, as I will not pay the extra cost.
I'm really looking for an account with good stats, and some starter armor. I guess rune.

I will not buy it unless those requirements are met. I will not buy it for an extreme amount. I'm certainly not looking to spend hundreds of dollars. You can leave all the items you want on the account, I will NOT pay the extra cost for them. Your offer should only include the basic character.
You must be OO. Which means previous everything:
Previous and current recover questions: You MUST know them, and they MUST be correct.
Previous subscription details: This includes all previous and current transaction details.
Examples:
Transaction IDs
Agreement IDs
Earliest CC subscription dates
TeleBilling Pins
Previous passwords: You MUST know the password used when the account was created. You MUST know several legit passwords for the account.
Contact Details: ANY AND ALL Zip Codes and email addresses used.
You MUST know the month and year of the account creation. What internet connection you used when you created the account, and if you ever moved after you created the account.
I do not want a black marked account. Or one that's been banned, botted, hacked, stolen, or any action that falls under the above mentioned.
