The account should be at least AR57 (I’m flexible about this; if the account meets or exceeds all the other requirements, I’m willing to overlook the AR), have 75 or more 5-stars, and have a minimum of one C6 limited 5-star character with their corresponding 5-star weapon at R5 (for example, Hu Tao and Staff of Homa, Ganyu and Amos' Bow, etc).
