hello everyone i am looking for a whale account in EU or ASIAN server , I saw all the threads here but not a really whale account most true whale in NA server but the ping is bad due to my location
so I am open to suggestions.

it should have a lot of 5 stars chara with more than 1 constellation
and many 5 star weapon with many refinement
most character 90 lv especially 5 star ones and their weapons
good artifact and no need for me to grind

my budget depend on the account but not over price ones.
