okay listen, hear me out… i know he’s a four star and i could pull him on any banner, but i really am too burnt out to farm and build him on my own 
asia is preferred + any ar lvl with inazuma UNLOCKED is fine!! i would loveee to have the island with his materials unlocked as well, but it isn’t mandatory! a good weapon and a GOOD build is needed or at least encouraged as well, thank you <3
