JP Dokkan Battle Account. (Android)

Hi Guys I am looking for these specific SSR's characters they shouldn't be max out or anything preferably a low-level rank account cause I want to do the story and everything myself reason I am looking for an account is because where I come from it is really expensive to buy stones and to be able to get these characters is going to cost me a lot of money wich I don't have .

Ps: Don't know how much these type of account goes for, so if someone doesn't want to sell account but can give estimation it would be really grateful so that I can know how much to save up to buy it.

Hey man I just want to let you know you might not want to get your hopes up beacuse you will not find 31. Specific SSRs some of them LRs on a fresh account, might not even find them on a endgame account even.
