Must:
- AR 5-10 (A bit higher acceptable)
- Username unset
- Handmade
- At least 3x 5*

Preferably having:
- 5* Main/Sub DPS Character + BiS (
- 5* support
- Meta 4stars and their constellations (Xingqiu, Bennett, Xiangling)
- Guaranteed limited banner character and/or high pity
- Stellar reunion active

Most desirable combinations: (In order)
1. Ayaka + Mist + Mona/Kazuha/Shenhe/Kokomi/Zhongli/Venti
2. Diluc + WGS + Kazuha/Yelan/Zhongli
3. Eula + SoBP + Raiden + EL
4. Raiden + EL + Kazuha/Zhongli
5. Hu Tao (best if C1) + Homa + Zhongli/Kazuha

My budget is 30$, willing to go higher if the account is really good

I will not pay more for unwanted characters
For example :
