Ar and units gear whatso ever does not matter that much. Should have at least 2 of the new characters after Albedo's banner.
THE account has to be somewhere around the end of Archon quest liyue( the flying castle where u attack the ancient monsters) ( Archon quest chapter 1 act , 2, 3 or 4) . IT can be anywhere between those two events or if played a bit further I am okay with that. Main story is the priority It should not be progressed too far!
I will be paying Paypal/crypto whatever u wish for with mm don't bother if ur fishing. Budget can be any price high or low depending what the account has we can negotiate that.
