Yes it can. I’ve been in top 100 for pvp and had the blue hat countless of times. I also been at the top for pve. But it’s been a while since I’ve played this account. I don’t know how the meta is now

1000$ is kind of reasonable price for whale account..but 4000$ ?! it feels like buying a car

 

Original price was at $4,500. I dropped it to $4,000. I whaled on this account. All the things I bought on this account is worth more than $8,000. Basically you’re buying everything at half price. If you were to want all of these things on a brand new account, you would be spending $8,000+.
That’s just my point of view though
