This guy is obviously trying to scam people. Any time I've ever bought an account, I paid first. Just like you would if you walked into Walmart, or you ordered something on eBay. Saying things like "sure buyer" & "NO SCAMMERS ALLOWED" doesn't help your case either buddy.
