Like the title says, MUST BE A NA Account.
I do not care whatsoever if there is even a single tier 10 on the account or if the stats are 45%, I am most interested in tier 5-7 or 8 anyway.
If you have 10's on it that is fine but I am not looking to pay much for that.
This would be great for someone who has an account where ya sold all your higher tier stuff.
The most important things I am after are for it to have some good crews (at least a few crews of 3rd skill or more) and some equipment for the tanks.
Of course having more can warrant some more money for the account.
Since my expectations are low for the account I also expect the price to be low as well.
Account MUST come with dedicated email.
