Looking for middleman/sites that can help me with Japanese game

As this forum is limited to games already out in English, I would like to know if there is anyone who can point me in the direction of buy/sell/topups/etc. for Japanese mobile games. (Right now I'm playing Pictlogica: Final Fantasy.) Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I already did the search function, which is why I asked whether anyone might know of anyone in the Japanese community.

Or maybe some games just aren't big enough to be bothered with I guess.
