Looking for Help/Suggestions

Hello, I sell kinah in aion to few customers of mine, yesterday i had an extra billion i used to pick up a new customer, i set a post in here, someone aparently saw it, and contacted me, as usual, he agree to send the money and i would send the kinah right after it, after he sent the money and i took, i sent the kinah to his toon, the one he told me to send to, after all that, he started to claim that i didn't send any kinah and i was a scamer, my mistake was, to not take a SS of the mailing, i did take one before sending it, when i had the kinah on and i had already put into mailing and set his toon's name, but i lost it cause i forgot it had it on clipboard and i copied a new one, anyway, he reported me on Paypal, and now my account has -(the amount agreed for the kinah), what can I do?, what you guys suggest? i told paypal we did an verbal agreement and hes trying to screw me over after he got his kinah, is there a way to recover my clipboard history/info btw?
