Looking for exceptional vanity MAGE w/ 9k+ achievements & rare mounts, up to $2,500

I'm not an account dealer from overseas, I'm an actual hardcore gamer who lives in the USA. I can provide a ton of proof of my legitimacy such as 12+ year eBay account history with 1200+ transactions, 100% positive (zero neutrals or negatives, and 5 star service rating), 10+ year old verified PayPal business account with confirmed US shipping address, among several other major forms of ecommerce trust/legitimacy reassurances. I'm flexible to a degree, but mage should be exceptional, such as:
9,000+ Achievements
High Feats of Strength (15+ recommended)
High Exalted factions (20+ recommended)

Mounts of high interest:
Old School White Stallion
Onyxia Mount
Ashes of Al'ar
Scarab Lord

To reach the $2k+ mark would require 10+ Achievements, 40+ exalted, and more than one extremely rare mounts or other outstanding features.

I chatted with the original owner today. He has 675 days played on this single toon and he said it would take a life changing amount for him to sell his mage. I tried to free him from his wow bonds so that he could see what life was like outside for a change, but wow was clearly is his life and no realistic amount I offered phased him. Just for kicks, is there a more insane mage in "existence" than the one I have linked?

Is there such a mage on the market? Why is it that 11k Achievement Paladins with 3 legendary items are a dime a dozen, but an elite mage account is nowhere to be found?
