So as the title says, I am looking for a League of Legends account that is Diamond OR Platinum with all (or very close to all champs) unlocked.

Skins are not really important but I am willing to pay more for accounts with Rare/Unavailable Skins.

I will only deal with people who are Verified and/or have some sort of Feedback ON THIS SITE please don't send me links to your feedback on another site.
