Hello everyone,
I am new to CSGO (1 week or so), and I am really enjoying it. However due to a dispute with steam over a year ago my account is locked, and therefore I can't buy keys or anything to get skins. I am looking to buy an account with as many skins / knives as possible. I will pay through paypal, preferably with a middleman. I would also prefer it to be a low level account, or transfer the items to a low level account and give me that one.
