Looking for cheap Steam CD-Keys in bulk

I'm looking for a site or source that is trusted and can sell me cheap steam CD-Keys in bulk (Around 500+ CD keys)

Some requirements I expect the site / source to provide:
-They should be able to comb through my current steam account and check for any duplicate games and remove any duplicates from the package they sell to me.
-They provide the keys in a notepad file following the format of one CD-Key per line.
-The CD-Keys are all different and not duplicates of the same game.
-Cheap

I'm asking for a lot here but I've heard that sellers like this do exist, however I've looked everywhere and can not really find anything. Not all the requirements have to be met. I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction.

Note: I've looked around on EpicNPC but not many people are selling in bulk and the posts that claim to sell in bulk seem to have inactive OPs for the most part. Forgive me if I'm mistaken regarding that and there are sellers here that do sell in bulk and are active. I could have missed a post.

if i were you id contact kinguin and ask for a bulk deal on 500 non matching keys, they do sell random game keys about 4$ per 10 games so you may be able to work something out with them for 30-50 cents per game. not sure if this was helpful but worth a shot. also check d3jsp.org and find a user named u8g192

he may be able to help you.
