I have recently learned that if a request is sent to Riot Support you can transfer prestige skins to other players. I'm unsure if this works for the new 2022 edition prestige skins, but this is what I am interested for.

Price can be negotiated, but rather than the actual account, I am just looking for a skin to be transferred and paying for just that skin.

 

Did you manage to do it in the end?

 

I would be very careful with that, firstly I really doubt u can transfer skins from account to account, secondly riot might check your account (the bought one) and lock the account.
