# Online teams that are divided by divisions, where a group of users belongs to a team in a division.
# Forum, where users post and reply to topics.
# Online league where an administrator manages a league and posts results.
# Capability for an administrator to post news, edit site content, upload advertising banners, approve groups.

The administrative stuff, the online divisions, the registration, the schedule of events, and news feed may already have some pre-done php scripts that can be used as a basis for developing a lot of the functions.

Ummm, first off. The only reason I didn't pay you up front is because there was some local who offered a better price. I don't know why you are taking this personally.

I have emails saved if there is in problem.

 

Don't do work with this guy.

he whants everything whithout paying anything upfront. Sorry to say dude but thats not how the webdesign bussines works. You pay half upfront and other half when the job is done.
