As the title said I want a currency exchanger, you should be able to receive money on Paypal and other main trading platform. I will receive crypto preferably bitcoin or eth. The reason I am looking for a currency exchanger is because I have a business selling gaming items and alot of people want to sent via paypal which my country doesn't allow. We can talk about rates and other things in discord. But you will need to contact me on epicnpc first so I know who I am dealing with. If you have more vouches than me then I can send first and if you have lower you will go first.
