EDIT 7/9: As suggested by a friend, I have opened up a Skrill account, which seems more "safe" then say paypal, so there is another option for payment if seller chooses..

FAQs

What are middlemans and how are they safe?
A: It's better if you just do a search on this forums about what middleman are to get a better understanding. In a nutshell they have a long proven record and are trustworthy enough to offer their services.

Why wont you use another middleman?
A: Like I said, because Thanh has experience in dealing with FFXIV accounts, the info in the SE account page is pretty cumbersome and not very easily navigated for first time users, I'm worried that if someone not experienced would miss something important.

How will our deal work?
A: You must hand over all relevant account details to that middleman, once he gives me the green light, I will transfer the money to you, after you confirm the money has been received, he will hand over the account to me. This is non-negotiable due to the amount of money involved and it's 99.9% safe for both seller and buyer.

*I don't have a Bank Account and I prefer Western Union, can you send via WU ?
A: sigh... it worries me more that in this day and age, why you don't have a bank account, possibly due to you having credit so bad that banks wont even give you a savings account? Anyways I'm not here to judge you, but I'd be willing to send via Western Union if you meet the below requirements, NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Because you can technically still retrieve the account via SE support no matter what I do, a proof of purchased is required to prove that I did buy the account, so in the event after you have received the money and burned me after, I can at least contact SE and have the account permanently banned so you wont scam anyone else with the same account.
