First of all this is a serious purchase, I would like nothing less than as secure as possible a transaction.
I will request of middle man - The integrity for help with any deals that I accept or would like to go through with. Or anyone else an admin acknowledges.
I'm looking to buy League of legends account with very specific skins, the link will be at the bottom of post. (The account can have more skins, but I want it to have all of these skins I requested in the image give or take 10 of the currently available skins) All champions is a must
Before that though, I would like to you *seller* to be the original owner or have all of the information I request in this post.
On the account, account must have all of the ultimate and legendary skins included in the image. For the other skins, you can be missing 10 or so currently available skins, though not the legacy skins.
Unverified or verified (though information requested applies to both)
The account can be any region, I will transfer after purchase if satisfied with the transaction. All-most runes (Important ones) rune page number doesn't matter, and the IP and RP left on the account don't matter as those last three factors often raise the price of an account a lot. As for the rank preferably unranked or at least gold, not too much of a concern.
If the account has enough champion shards for the next two champions or more they are welcome as well. Again not a necessary concern.
The account must not have any flags, warnings of any sort, must be hand leveled, no bot leveled accounts being sold for X time or accounts that have been sold multiple times or shared access multiple times.
I will want access to the email used to create the account, and access to the current email verified with the LoL account (If applicable) Also enough information to recover the two/one emails in the event that they too are recovered, so the seller or someone else can get access to the LoL account that I purchase. I also will require the information in the below spoiler
I am looking for reasonably priced and not expensive, and preferably you're open to negotiation on price.

I will preferably pay in Paypal for my own safety. I would also like to request of the Middle Man whomever becomes involved in the purchase will confirm the game related content is actually on the account before and possibly the information as well before my money goes through to the seller.

When a ticket is opened for account recovery, they may ask you questions such as "What was the first item you bought with RP." "What was the first champion you bought." I want this information as it also aids very highly in the account being recovered.

if you were offering to sell me the account, thank you but I would prefer an account to have the skins I mentioned above along with all the champions.
