What is the dispute about?
The purchased account was recovered later by the seller, I cannot log in anymore. I'm completely locked out of the account and he's offline in discord. My Email is not attached to the account anymore since I do not get notified if I try to reset my password. After my last game on the account (9 January 2022) the Items I purchased were removed and could not visit the shop anymore. I always got "Error Code: 1". The account was in the same state when I purchased it on the 4. January 2022 like the Blue Essence I spent and Chests I opened were recovered again.
Other details / notes:
I bought Riot Points (Currency you can only obtain by paying money) and I got it back from PayPal. Only for the bought RP. I didn't do any request for a refund or anything like that.

I' cant request new password. Even if I try to recover my password I do not get any email's.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? No. He sells multiple accounts with many skins.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Only Username and Password. I changed the email on the Homepage.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? I had the account from 4. January 2022 - 9. January 2022
