Was plat season 2, is gold this season already, have all champions and a good amount of skins, good amount of IP, limited edition nidalee skins, and lots of runes / pages for every role.

It has the 2 exclusive nidalee skins except the snow one

has some more skins for some random champions, mostly ad carries but again pretty random assortment of skins

it has over 20 skins i think from counting but can give more info on that if requested


As for runes i am not sure if you want anymore, I play at a decent level and seem to have runes for everything lane / combination
