UPDATE: 101 Champs and 35 Skins, including ultimate like Spirit Guard Udyr and Pulsefire Ezreal. Along with some special non-purchasable skins like Grey Warwick, Medieval Twitch, and more. I don't have an exact list of champions and skins on the account but for what it's worth, the price you pay is way less than the amount I spent to purchase all the skins and champions. Still I'm open to negotiation. No rank, have full rune pages with most basic rune sets.
