They contain a random 1-90 day Mythic which includes the Azazel, Azazel Revived, Legion, Orthus, and Andromalius. I was saving them in case Nexon ever brought back Mythic Renewals, but since I have been holding onto them, they have not brought them back. So they are yours with the account.
