All but Bennett's Hangout are still avaiable to do. For Story Quests: Nahida II, Alhaitham II, Dehya I, Baizhu I, Yoimiya II, Lyney I, Neuvilette I, Wriothesley I and Furina I are still avaiable to do.
The statues aren't all maxed either.
