What is the dispute about?
The case in question revolves around Lianas having scammed babyplex (me) in an epicnpc deal that involved a Langrisser Mobile account with 8 SSR Characters (Leon, Elwin 4*, Lana, Dieharte, Cherie, Liana, Luna, Bozel). Throughout the discord conversation with Lianas (also known as Aleatory#8359 on discord), he/she had repeatedly requested for payment through iTunes gift cards (page 2 and 4 on the attached PDF). I had voiced my concerns regarding using gift cards as a payment method but eventually made the mistake of trusting this scammer, after he/she had provided proof of his 'legitimacy' through an external (playerauction website provided below, which is incidentally not available now). On the 2/9/19 at roughly 3.09pm, I purchased 2 iTunes gift cards worth $200 in value with $180 of cash. I then proceeded to make payment for the account through the informing of Lianas through his/her discord account of the codes. Lianas confirmed receipt of the said codes (page 11 of the attached PDF), after which he/she then proceeded to pass me the facebook account details relating to the Langrisser account sold. The account details did not work there and then and Lianas blamed facebook for locking me out of his/her account (page 14 of PDF). Perhaps to improve his/her legitimate image as an honest seller then, Lianas even offered to 'refund' me the cash used in the gift cards (page 14 of PDF) should facebook account recovery not work.
I was initially trusting and believed his/her explaination, that facebook was at fault for this transactional mishap. I then waited three whole days from 2/9/19 for Lianas to resolve the issue. Throughout the wait, Lianas would be accomodating towards questions relating to the alledged mishap but grew increasingly distant (page 18) and non-responsive (Page 19) as time went by. His/her last communication with me was on the 2/11/19, after which I further provided this scammer with the benefit of the doubt, by waiting for three more full days before lodging in a formal complain with epicnpc.

1) Discord chat log with Aleatory#8359 aka Lianas on epicnpc detailing the events as described above
2) Screenshot from Lianas's other deals, which adequately identifies him/her as associated with the discord ID Aleatory#8359. This was neccessary as Lianas removed all sale and identification information from the original posting in Langrisser Accounts on epicnpc.
3) iTunes giftcard PDFs to proof that I was indeed the original purchaser of the gift card codes sent to Lianas
4) Screenshots that tie Aleatory#8359 and babyplex#9002 to the chat log provided
