Budget CURRENTLY: $60 (usd), can go up in a few weeks if needed. Not looking for a high end account, just a smurf will do.
Can only pay via apple/Amazon gift cards, or ways that are friendly to people under 18. (I know PayPal is the most wanted method it seems, but as I'm 17 it will not let me transfer money to others unless I'm 18 and can prove with documents.)
