Just want a list of instances that alliance do with the RAF power leveling and when to go to them...like what levels.

Maybe if you are referring to the gear drops, but leveling wise Stratholme is a hell of a lot faster.

Levels can vary, you can move early but you won't get as good of experience if you move too early. Moving late can be a downer as well, because you will be sitting somewhere for too long when you could easily be getting better experience somewhere quicker.

Overall this can be done within 1-3 days if you have a decent amount of playtime and a decent rusher.

If you have time when the rusher is not online feel free to quest a bit in between, buffering through questing helps a lot, especially when you don't have any rested experience to burn.
