hey. I keep having people ask for the buying of accounts to go by the following:
1) You give me the details to the account, minus cdkeys, last name, and photo id (ADDED: And i assume Email not changed.)
2) I verify ownership of account
3) I send payment with whichever site/option you desire
4) You give me rest of info, fax a photo id if you have
5) I xfer the warlock off (In this case he/she would have to wait 21 days for xfer to not CD, since I'm transfering to blank account.)
One question: Is this safe? If it is safe, is there a step by step guide on doing this? Since I was assured I could phone and get it back at any time, or do email pass change. But something tells me this is unsafe.
