Buying LF Mid / High End aged D2 account with a balanced PVP and PVE focus

Hey Guys,

I have been clicking around and I am not finding exactly what I am looking for. Im not looking to spend $5000. Budget is under $1k but for the right account, I am willing to spend more.

Here are some of the things I want:

MUST HAVES:
1. Aged Multiple Seasons. No Newer accounts
2. Decent PVP KD. (2.0+) in Trials and Crucible. Across Multiple Seasons. Would prefer closer to 3.0 or higher

Bonus things I want:
3. Crafted Weapons and God Rolls
4. Day 1 Raid Completions would be nice but not required.
5. Raid Exotic Weapons (Mainly just Divinity)
6. Seals/Titles completed. (Bonus for Gilded Flawless and Unbroken)
7. ALL 3 Characters at max base light (1810) or close to it.
8. Plenty of Materials (Legendary Shards, Etc.)

The more stuff the more I am willing to pay. I am NOT looking to spend thousands of dollars here. Be reasonable.

I am a serious buyer with money ready to spend. If the right account is offered, we will have a deal.
