Basic requirements (nothing exceptional if you've been playing the acc since earlier events)

• Global ONLY
• All "free" event units (ex. Sol, Serila, ect)
• All "free" event artifacts max breaks (both 4* and 5*)
• All epic pass/login borders
• All login artifacts (anni, new years, cheer)
• Ideally able to auto wyvern 13 (not a deal breaker if it can't)
• Expected to have at least decent Pets, decent gear/artifacts (with enhances)
• Excepted to have at least most if not all <=4* RGB and a few ML 4* (fine if missing SCs)
• The more 6* geared/awakened the better, but no exact number required
• Not a bad english name
• Unlinked is a plus, at the very least able to give over full control of binding
• No requirements for arena/RTA/gw tier
