For people who does not know, scammer can claim back their sold FGO accounts using Birthday set + paid Quartz information effortlessly.
That being said, the account I’m looking for must contain these SSRs:

+ Merlin
+ Gilgamesh
+ Cu Alter
+ Waver
Good CE, Welfares and Skill level is appreciated but not necessary. Nonetheless, my price will be adjusted accordingly.
Preferably in Endgame phase. Current budget : Unlimited
