you MUST be the original owner, and must be able to provide documentation that will allow me to recover the account if necessary. clean account, changeable data, etc. would prefer it to have a free name change but if thats not possible thats okay <3 PC NA ACC, if its xbox / ps i must be able to merge accounts.
