Rank doesn't matter, though I'd like if the account is farmable, the account just needs to have the [In The Shadow] Mika card!
I lost to RNG after I farmed every story as well as nearly every song on my own account, so I'm really desperate ngl. My budget is ~$25 but it depends. If the account is only a starter I probably wouldn't go any higher, however, if there are other 5* cards I might.
