LF Debit Card to "Un-limit" my PayPal account.

Im looking for someone to help me acquiring a (Virtual) Debit Card, that i can add to my pay-pal account to unlock it.

Please PM me if you can help me with this! They dont sell these kind of things in Holland, and PayPal is holding my money atm, until i add one of these cards

The things you buy online that act like CC's are added as Gift Cards. (99% sure)

Theyre called VCC's, or "Pre-paid" credit cards. THeyre just normal credit cards but theyre limited, and can be used to un-limit the account.

If you have a local corner store, just go pick up a prepaid visa for $25 or $30. You pay a $3 or so activation fee.

Apply it to your Paypal account, limitation gone. Now go use the $25 or $30 to fill up your vehicle with gas.

yeah i use actual credit card to make my paypal verified,
vcc is a great for unlocking your limited paypal account, i admit the price is cheap around $9 - $10 but that's not legal and just for 3 month active but after that your paypal acount still verified for everytime.

i just read from every forumand i dont recomend it for you. you can make an actual credit card and use it wisely
