Looking for a preferably smaller Albedo account. Unfortunately didn't get to pull for him, as I played a lot less during his banner. I would prefer a low-ish AR, as I like to build up characters myself and customize my accounts. Anything under 40 is OK. PC/mobile account only. I play NA but I am not sure it matters too much? The region thing confuses me. But I do need to be able to play with friends in NA.
No set budget, but I'd rather keep prices low with a smaller account over the opposite. I'd also like to mention that I have an account I would be willing to trade for a nicer account with Albedo. The account has Xiao, Diluc, and Aquila Favonia as well as every 4 star aside from Sucrose and Razor, and is at at AR31. 2.5k primos saved, no pity built up other than on standard. This is fairly unpreferred, but if it happens to be what you are looking for, I'll take offers.
The only other 5 star I really want is Tartaglia but he is not a need.
Finally, I'd like to note that I expect to build trust with you. Not insanely extensively so, but I'm also not trying to get scammed. Most likely getting a middleman.
