First of all let me tell you that I have sold accounts before and I use my accounts over different IPs via vpns so change in ip wont be noticed and it will be safe to buy from me...

This user is a scammer.

Once I paid him, he said I must give him 2min to transfers the Donator packs. That 2 mins never came. $50 is a lot in many countries, but in my country it's a lot of money.
