Hi there guys, I'm looking to buy a Level 30 account with plenty of Champions (30+) and rune pages for AD/AP. Don't really care about ranked rating or skins (unless they are rare like PAX or Christmas/Halloween). Not looking to go over $100, don't try and rip me off because I'm not stupid.
