The stats are fairly wanky, however it was specifically built for healing, the account can get roughly 11k Restoration. Note: The really high-end Atlantis gear isn't available till c40. With that being said, The account is currently sitting at 220, and with the right team, you'll be fine farming up the 20 CR. Power Restoration exotic, aswell at level 200 Meta Restoration genes.
