IV or Indivual Stat stands for the stat growth of your PKMN. It is fixed and cannot be changed. Best IV is 100% but those are hard to come by.

- My Dragonite has Dragon Breath and Dragon Pulse and 80% IV(individual stat) while the rest of my lineup are around 60~70% IV stat. Dragon breath is preferred since steel wing is weak against water types. (70% of defenders are water types).
