Describe how you were scammed:
he bought 2 gamecards and some gold off me
the payment for the gamecards and gold got held at7 nov 2010.it was over 9 days
i asked him when it wil be unlimited,he told me no idea
so i asked him "if he could pay me by his family' paypal account for the holding payment.if it happens to get unlimited then i may refund him back" but he doesnt reply me
hopefully admin gives me some advice in this situation,thanks!



he was a very good user on md /mmobay ,i just want to make this done asap

no my family can notgive you money.. if you have aproblem.. then call paypal.. IT'S LOCKED cause people like you only take AS GIFT please.. so you should of told them what it was when you wrote them.. nothing i can do.. hands are tied.. your not the first to bring this up big guy.. paypal will no longer deal with me.. how about you call them.. and deal with them. k thanks.. good luck cause they blow me off ALL the time..

I didn't cause this, so I can not change this. maybe businesses like yours should not request strictly gift.. it may help people not get checked out as often, but what do i know. I just woke up one day to a closed paypal.. and i've only talked to them over 20 times.. and now i basicly get ignored.

let put a time frame on this. I think 2 weeks is very generous so if your PP account is not unlocked or funds are not release by the 21st, you'll have to make arrangements to make payment some how else. If funds are released after that, wowguys will issue you a refund

how can i make arrangements? i can not sell via paypal.. because I have none to use at the moment.. but sure 2 weeks.. not that i can controll pp.. they are the causes of this not me..

you said 2 weeks on the 16th.. it has not been 2 weeks.. tell wow guys to call paypal like sean1125 did to try to get it expidited

I called wowguys how bout u call and not just say virtual goods tell them wat it was and send em. Logs and. Pics if the gamecards. Ir may help u hurry it up

the payment from you got held at Nov. 6,that is over two weeks long.

I called my paypal many times , they told me the payment from you had some problems ,maybe unlegit or something like that , so they cant help me out til you solve your paypal account.
