Yes this is a legacy account. They get the tattoo as well. No goobue mount, this account is bare. Just Legacy with Collector's edition. All benefits work on new toons.

Is this a legacy character (that gets the legacy tatoo) on the legacy account? Please fill me in as I'm looking into playing the game but want the legacy and CE version account. I like to have the best stuff in otherwords rewards/collectors/mounts/pets ect.

Does this come with the moogle cap, cait sith doll, and Goobue Mount?

If I make a new character on the game will all these benefits work for new characters? Please update me on how all this works as I'm interested tonight on paying through Paypal if you allow.
