League of Legends REFER-A-FRIEND 2.0 offers some nice incentives to make players invite their friends to play, but the truth is that it's very hard to get that much people.
This service is for the people who wants the referral system's rewards without having to invite real friends.
It usually takes about 3-4 days to finish an order depending on the amount of requests I'm having at the moment.
There is a slight chance of being caught (if that happens they'll remove all the rewards). If you don't want this to happen, you should never buy more than 200-300 referrals per account, however, it's up to you to take the risk.
