Vouch for Tony!
This is a delayed vouch since I was really busy with Lunar/Chinese New Year and other things with school.
He was quick and responsive with the problems I encountered and quickly compensated for that.
Took a few days for Riot to update their refer a friend program.
Although English is his second language, he is still very helpful and you are able to understand him.
Would recommend his referral service and good luck with it tony!

He let me try out his service and I have to say, I am impressed.
Speed: 9/10
He got to work immediately and updated me regularly. I am giving it a 9/10 because he ran into problem with my order but it was solved and he got it fixed quickly.
Price: 8/10
I got 5 referals for free but looking at his prices, they are really good and I have seen 1 or 2 people sell cheaper but not by much. The majority charges more than this guy and has a longer waiting time.
Service: 9/10
RtmS is a no nonsense kind of guy and gets straight to the point (at least thats what I feel from my experiences). he replies really quickly on Skype and is also very helpful. He takes responsibility for his work and even though mine was free, he spent time updating me and when he ran into a problem, he did not just back away, instead, he took time to work it out with me. I have to say, although it was lame talking to him (no offence :3), he is friendly and helpful but also manages to be professional at the same time.
Overall: IMO, 9/10.

I would definitely recommend this guy. I love the gfx of his post. he also has a website which i just checked out and it is, like him, efficient (the website doesnt have random stuff that no one wants to read) yet still does a great job of getting things done.
