Skins are pretty much useless besides appearance, please tinypic or explain all the runes you have, you could have every skin for 300 gagillion dollars, and be selling a useless lvl 30 with bad rune setups.

Runes are what determine the majority of the price, then elo, then skins are added in, but not most important...
