neat inventory with the neccesary items and hoard items if possible 1-3 gem packs mount whips etc

nice amount of mounts
decent amount of insignias / skeleton keys / crypt tokens and crypt keys if possible
lvl 6+ astrals holy and pristine
guild skills lvl 5+
