Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I sold him a Wildstar Full Beta key and he claimed his Paypal account as hacked 30minutes after the trade and therefore paypal wired the money back.
Other details / notes: He blocked me on skype and after that I wrote an email to his paypal account with no response.

edit: ahh i misread. No i didn't know it is a need to post in the sales thread? And also it shouldn't be. If he is scamming using this skype ID then it shouldn't matter. Also as i know you even get banned if you scammed on other forums like ownedcore.

Seeing he got like already 5-6 accounts linked to this skypeID, i guess he is making always a new username after scamming someone and i am just the first to report it. I see no other reason for creating such many accounts in one year.

i searched for the skype name and like 6 usernames linked to this name pop up.
